Returning Items:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns up to 28 days after the date you received your order. To be eligible, simply return the new and unused item in the original packaging.
Please include a proof of purchase such as a packing slip, order confirmation or invoice with your item to enable us to quickly process your return.
Returns Shipping:
Shipping costs for returning unwanted, incorrectly ordered or cancelled items are paid by the customer and are non-refundable; however if the item you received is incorrect or faulty please contact us at Ross Welding Supplies 07546282362 for returns address.
Refunds:
All returned items must be returned in original packaging and will be assessed on arrival, if approved we will authorise a full refund using the original payment method. Please note it can take up to 10 days for payment to clear, depending on your provider.

Any products made to your specification, or any product made to order.
